Our AudioLinter USP: a 48-hour deletion guarantee on German Hetzner servers. Uploaded audio files are used only for the processing you request, never for AI training, and are removed automatically afterward. Our technical cleanup workflow is designed so that processed audio files are deleted within no more than 48 hours.

2. Hosting and Server Log Files

We use Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, as the hosting provider for our website and SaaS infrastructure. In that context, technically necessary server log files may be processed, including IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer, user agent, and HTTP status code.

This processing is required to provide the website securely, analyze errors, detect abuse, and maintain the technical stability of the service.

3. Processing of Audio Files

If you use AudioLinter for analysis or correction, the audio files you upload are processed on German Hetzner servers. These files are used exclusively to perform the requested audio quality checks or corrections.

Uploaded audio files are not used for AI training. Once processing is complete, an automatic cleanup routine applies. Our goal is a strict 48-hour deletion guarantee for processed audio files.

4. Payment Processing with Lemon Squeezy

We use Lemon Squeezy, LLC, USA, as Merchant of Record for the sale of SaaS subscriptions and digital services. If you make a purchase or manage a subscription, the data required for payment processing and tax handling is processed directly by Lemon Squeezy. This may include your name, email address, billing details, payment details, country, and order or subscription information.

Lemon Squeezy handles commercial processing, invoicing, tax treatment, and parts of subscription management.

5. Account and Usage Data

If you use an AudioLinter account, we process the data required to provide the service, such as email address, API key, plan details, usage information, and technical metadata related to uploads and analysis jobs.

6. Cookies and Technically Necessary Sessions

In protected areas of the platform, we use technically necessary session mechanisms so that logins, checkout returns, and account-related features work securely. We currently do not use separate marketing or tracking cookies on the static legal pages.

7. Retention Period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, to comply with legal retention obligations, or to perform the contract. Uploaded audio files are subject to our automatic cleanup process with a 48-hour deletion guarantee.

8. Your Rights
